Sales Support Specialist
Position Overview: (full or part-time)
Milner Media Partners, LLC (WVLI 92.7 / WFAV 95.1 / WIVR 101.7 / WYUR 103.7), an Equal Opportunity Employer, has an immediate opening for a Sales Support Specialist.

This position is in office at our Bourbonnais, IL location and requires the ability to climb stairs. This role plays a critical part in providing valuable support to our sales department. The ideal candidate should have a goal oriented mindset and thrive as part of a team. This role will contribute to the development and maintenance of positive customer relationships, while ensuring the smooth operation of our sales team.

Essential Duties:
• Provide process support for all aspects of client accounts such as; contract administration,
customer service, and insertion order management and maintenance.
• Work as a point of contact between customers and internal team members.
• Communicate effectively with team members keeping all parties up to date on accounts
Requirements and Skills:
• Manages time in order to meet broadcast deadlines; focuses on urgent and important tasks;
avoids procrastination; follows up; shows strong attention to detail.
• Adapts to shifts in priorities and urgencies; is extraordinarily flexible.
• Assumes responsibility & accountability for assignments and tasks
• Exhibits good interpersonal skills; collaborates with others
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and overall computer literate.
• Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable applying active listening and
influencing skills to drive sales
• Understanding of impact of your own efforts to meet sales quotas
• Desire to broaden sales capabilities and knowledge base
Compensation:
Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience,
knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
Average Range: $15 – $18 / Hour
