Kelly Clarkson is looking to sell the Montana ranch where her ex-husband is currently living.
A judge recently ruled that the prenup signed by the couple will be upheld, meaning that anything Clarkson earned and acquired during the marriage is solely hers. TMZ reports that Clarkson is the one who acquired the ranch, and her attorney has already filed documents asking the judge for permission to sell the property.
However, Brandon Blackstock is still residing at the Montana home which may mean the couple will end up back in court to set ground rules for selling the ranch.
