HELLO SUNSHINE TEAMS UP WITH BAILEYS TO CREATE SHORT FILMS: Reese Witherspoon‘s Hello Sunshine is partnering with Baileys Irish Cream to release three short films inspired by first-time meetings on Bumble. The branded series features three female and nonbinary filmmakers, Carly Usdin, Sadé Clacken Joseph and Haroula Rose, and can be seen on the Reese Witherspoon x Hello Sunshine YouTube channel.

THE CROODS HEADS TO HULU: The Croods: Family Tree will premiere on Hulu and Peacock on September 23rd. Star Wars actress Kelly Marie Tran returns as the voice of Dawn, with Amy Landecker as Ugga, Kiff VandenHeuvel as Grug, Ally Dixon as Eep, AJ Locascio as Thunk, Dee Bradley Baker as Sandy, Artemis Pebdani as Gran, Darin Brooks as Guy, Matthew Waterson as Phil and Amy Rosoff as Hope.

MARIA BAKALOVA TO LEAD THE HONEYMOON: Oscar nominee and Borat breakout Maria Bakalova is set to star in The Honeymoon with Asim Chaudhry and Lucas Bravo. Filming is underway in Rome and Venice. Bakalova commented: “This film intrigued me because it’s an escapist comedy that put a twist on the classic buddy movie format by including a strong female character, particularly from Eastern Europe. I think after almost two years of this pandemic, we’re all looking for something to lift our spirits and help us mentally escape our apartments. Very glad to be on the producing team of the film as well.”
