Rensselaer Fire was called out to a corn field Wednesday night for a report of a child lost in the corn. First responders from the Francesville Fire Department, Jasper Count Sheriff’s Office and Rensselaer Fire searched for the child until they were found safe and returned to their family. No word on the age of the child.
