During Wednesday morning’s meeting of the Kankakee County Board’s Executive Committee, County Administrator Anita Speckman gave the committee an up date on where things stand with insurance reimbursement after the March tornado. Speckman said so far insurance has been good in paying for damage done to county vehicles
Speckman pointed out that’s a problem since those are the biggest County-owned buildings, but added she hopes those numbers will be known soon.
