A search warrant served at a home in Diamond in late June has resulted in a child porn arrest. In a Facebook post, the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office says they helped the FBI serve a search warrant at a home in the 100 block of Kevin Drive in Diamond on June 30th. Deputies say as a result of that search warrant, Duane DeMichele, was indicted by a federal grand jury Friday on child pornography charges after he allegedly made two minors participate in sexually explicit behavior. He has since been charged with two counts of production of child pornography and five counts of receipt of child pornography and is due for arraignment tomorrow. DeMichele could get up to 30 years in federal prison if convicted of the crime.
