These contest-specific rules should be read in conjunction with Milner Media’s General Contest Rules, which are applicable to all contests conducted by Milner Media Partners LLC and/or its subsidiaries.  

1. Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license or picture identification card.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter.
3. Employees and immediate family members or other persons residing in the same household of employees of Milner Media are not eligible to win.
4. Entries will be accepted beginning December 9th, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. and ending December 11th, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. at https://wfav951.com/kahlid/.  Entries submitted as part of this contest may be used and retained by Milner Media for promotional and editorial purposes.  The Sponsor will conduct drawings in which one (1) winner selected from all eligible entries received. Each prize has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $100.  Participation is subject to all applicable eligibility requirements, limitations, and restrictions as stated in the Official Rules. Void where prohibited. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time.
5. There is only one winner per household (includes all entries on all radio stations). One entry per winner, per station will be accepted.
6. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner(s). Winner(s) will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent including a winner’s full Social Security Number for receipt of any prize valued at $600 or more or for any prizes awarded by the station conducting the Promotion (in combination with any prizes won in Promotions run by any other Milner Media radio station) in a calendar year with an aggregate value of $600 or more. Failure to submit a complete W-9 or equivalent will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
7. The 30 Day Rule that prohibits any one person from winning more than one Milner Media contest in a 30-day period does not apply to this contest.
8. There is no prize substitution.
9. Winners must present an ID that matches the information on their entry and sign a prize release in person at the Milner Media main office at 292 N. Convent in Bourbonnais.
10. Milner Media reserves the right to render decisions relative to the awarding of these prizes and any questions relating to the contest not covered in the rules.
