Attorneys for convicted Delphi murderer say the need more time
The defense attorneys for convicted Delphi double murderer Richard Allen are asking for seven more days to prepare their appeal of his conviction. He was sentenced to 130 years in prison for the deaths of Abby Williams and Lilly German near Delphi’s Monon High Bridge in February 2017, and his attorneys have asked for a December 17th deadline to appeal. They currently have until December 10th to get everything before the court. The attorneys are working on an Odinism theory to explain the girls’ deaths.
