Milner Media Partners, LLC – Magic Rocks Giveaway Official Contest Rules

Applicable to the following stations: WFAV 95.1FM

By participating in the  Magic Rocks Ticket Giveaway, hosted by Milner Media Partners, LLC, all entrants agree to the following rules and conditions:

1. Eligibility: All winners must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, some exceptions apply.
2. Winning Frequency: Only one winner every 30 days is permitted per station.
3. Specialty Prizes: Prizes valued at $250 or more are classified as specialty prizes and are subject to their own Winning Frequency rule.  Concert/Event Tickets are classified as specialty prizes and can only be won once per 30 days regardless if won on-air, online, social media, or from a remote.
4. Prize Pool Policy: Whether won on-air, online, via social media, or at live events, all prizes fall under the Milner Media Partners prize pool and are subject to the same rules.
5. Disqualification: Milner Media Partners reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process, violating the rules, or engaging in any fraudulent or unethical behavior.
6. Contest Duration: Magic Rocks Ticket Giveaway runs from Wednesday, October 15th at 12pm to Sunday, October 19th at 11:59pm
7. Prize: 2 tickets to see Magic Rocks on October 23rd at the Arcada Theatre in St. Charles.  4 listeners will be awarded 1 pair of tickets.  Winners will be selected from all entries online at https://wfav951.com/magicrocks/from Milner Media Partners, LLC station: WFAV95.1FM
8. Prize Redemption: Prize will be emailed to the winner.  Winner must provide a valid email address to claim the prize
9. Non-Transferable: Prize is non-transferable, cannot be substituted, and has no cash value
10. Media Release: Entry into any contest grants Milner Media Partners the right to use the winner’s name, voice, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
11. Event Disclaimer: Milner Media Partners is not responsible for canceled or rescheduled events and has no obligation to replace prizes tied to such events.
12. Ineligibility: Employees of Milner Media Partners, sponsors, affiliates, agents, their immediate families, and employees of other radio stations in the Nielsen-defined Kankakee metro area are not eligible.
13. Taxes: Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees. A W-9 form is required for prizes exceeding $600 in value, and a 1099 will be issued.
14. Technical Issues: Milner Media is not responsible for any technical failures, dropped calls, internet outages, or issues that interfere with participation or prize delivery.
15. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is required to enter or win any contest.
16. Void Where Prohibited: Contests are void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
17. Entries Become Property: All entries become the property of Milner Media Partners and will not be returned. Entry form must be completed in its entirety to be considered as a valid entry. By entering to win any Milner Media Partners contest, you agree to receive promotional emails from respective Milner Media Partners radio stations.  You can unsubscribe any time.
18. Rule Changes: Milner Media Partners reserves the right to modify these rules at any time, and any decisions made by station staff are final.
