Due to Saturday’s severe weather forecast, CIRKA’s 6th Annual Estival Festival has been moved indoors. In an email from Public Relations Coordinator Aren Michael, the free music and arts festival will now be held at the Kankakee Valley Park District’s Bill Sprigg’s Civic Auditorium on Eight Avenue. Michael says there will be a few changes in scheduling but the plan is to do their best to keep everything the same, including outdoor vending and activities.
