Wilmington residents report strange smell

The Wilmington Fire Protection District Sunday afternoon answered several calls for a reported gas leak. In a Facebook post, Wilmington Fire say they believe the odor was not a natural gas leak, but instead was coming from the ExxonMobile refinery in Joliet. They added there were no air quality issues in Wilmington that they are aware of.
