Manteno man arrested for allegedly punching another man

Kankakee County Sheriff’s Police are investigating after a man allegedly punched another man in the face in rural Manteno last night. According to reports, it was just before 7:15 Sunday night when officers were called to a trailer park in rural Manteno where the victim told officers he’d been walking around the tailer park playing Poke-mon Go when Sean Baxter approached him and punched him in the face. The victim said as he left the area Baxter followed him and continued to take swings at him. Deputies spotted Baxter a short time later and took him into custody on battery charges.
