The Kankakee County Chamber of Commerce held their annual State of the County event at Olivet Nazarene University’s Chalfant Hall today. Chamber President and CEO Kelsey Post says the annual event that features various presentations from county officials has been going on for around 14 years now.
Kankakee County Board Chairman Matt Alexander-Hildebrand, State’s Attorney Jim Rowe, and several other county officials gave presentations today on the current state of county.
