Chatsworth man Arrested on Sex-Related Charges

Chatsworth Police announce the arrest of a man after an investigation that allegedly involves criminal sexual assault. According to a press release, 38-year-old Eduardo Pozos Junior of Chatsworth was arrested Wednesday afternoon around one-thirty on North Third Street and charged with six counts of Criminal Sexual Assault with the victim between the age of 13 and 17, one count of manufacture/delivery of one to fifteen grams of cocaine, and 2 counts possession of a controlled substance. Pozos was taken to Livingston County Jail where he awaits trial.
